No-Bake Cookie Dough Pretzel Bites

Ingredients

  • gluten-free pretzels

Cookie Dough Layer:

  • 1/4 + 1/8 cup runny cashew butter or almond butter
  • 1/8 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 + 1/8 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Chocolate Layer:

  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • flakey sea salt

Instructions

  • Mix cookie dough ingredients together. Roll into 11 balls.
  • Squish the cookie dough between two pretzels.
  • Store in the freezer for a few minutes to firm up.
  • Mix chocolate layer ingredients together and microwave in 11 second intervals until melted.
  • Dip each half of the cookie dough bites into the chocolate and finish with sea salt topping.
  • Store back into the freezer until the chocolate has set.
