At Pittsburgh North Fitness, we are an upscale adult training gym that offers two types of Personal Training: Semi-Private Personal Training and 1-on-1 Personal Training. 

Semi-Private Personal Training – “Our Most Popular Option”

In Semi-Private Personal Training, you will receive the proper level of training for your goals and concerns. In each session you will meet with our certified trainers in a small group format, no more than six people.

This personalized setting provides in-depth instruction while focusing on your specific goals. Just like private personal training, but at a fraction of the cost, and with the added motivation from your workout partners.

One on One Personal Training

This is your chance to work one on one with one of our awesome coaches!

Maybe you have a big event, like a wedding or high school reunion, coming up and want the additional focus. Or maybe you have been working out for a while and want to work on something specific like Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, or running your first Obstacle Course Race. Or maybe you feel like group training is not a great fit for you, or want individual attention and a like a one-on-one setting better. Then One on One Personal Training might be just what you are looking for. 

In each session, you will work with  a coach one-on-one focusing on exclusively on you and your goals.
