Skinny Margarita 

What You Need:

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut water
  • 1 cup ice
  •  cup fresh lime juice
  • ¼ cup silver (or blanco) tequila
  • 2 Tbsp. 100% orange juice
  • ¼ tsp. sea salt (or Himalayan salt)
  • Lime or orange wedges (for garnish; optional)

Instructions:

  1. Combine coconut water, ice, lime juice, tequila, orange juice, and salt in a shaker; cover. Shake gently for 15 seconds.
  2. Pour equal amounts into two serving glasses. Garnish with a lime or an orange wedge. Serve immediately.
