No-Bake Cookie Dough Pretzel Bites
Ingredients
- gluten-free pretzels
Cookie Dough Layer:
- 1/4 + 1/8 cup runny cashew butter or almond butter
- 1/8 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 + 1/8 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Chocolate Layer:
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- flakey sea salt
Instructions
- Mix cookie dough ingredients together. Roll into 11 balls.
- Squish the cookie dough between two pretzels.
- Store in the freezer for a few minutes to firm up.
- Mix chocolate layer ingredients together and microwave in 11 second intervals until melted.
- Dip each half of the cookie dough bites into the chocolate and finish with sea salt topping.
- Store back into the freezer until the chocolate has set.
