Set a time to beep every minute of twenty-five minutes. On the beep complete the prescribed reps, rest the remainder. Repeat for five rounds before moving on to the next exercise.

2️⃣Goblet Squats x 8
3️⃣Push Ups x 8
4️⃣Goblet Reverse Lunges x 4 each
5️⃣Mountain Climbers x 8 each
