Skinny Margarita
What You Need:
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut water
- 1 cup ice
- ⅔ cup fresh lime juice
- ¼ cup silver (or blanco) tequila
- 2 Tbsp. 100% orange juice
- ¼ tsp. sea salt (or Himalayan salt)
- Lime or orange wedges (for garnish; optional)
Instructions:
- Combine coconut water, ice, lime juice, tequila, orange juice, and salt in a shaker; cover. Shake gently for 15 seconds.
- Pour equal amounts into two serving glasses. Garnish with a lime or an orange wedge. Serve immediately.
