10-Day Habit of Fitness Challenge

Fitness is a habit and many times starting small is the secret to getting it to stick.

So we have put together a simple 10-Day Challenge to get you started.

Each day for the next ten days do the following:

  1. 10 Push Ups
  2. 10 Sqauts
  3. 10 Glutei Bridge

That’s it. If you want to do more you can, but don’t have to. Keep in mind that the goal of this program is just to get you into the habit of exercising and overtime we will build upon this.
