Cardio isn’t only jogging.

Here is one of our favorite “cardio” workouts. While this workout takes less than ten minutes don’t be fooled by thinking it will be easy or ineffective. This quick workout will improve your work capacity and give the metabolism a boost.

What you need:

  • An Airdyne Bike (Schwinn or Assault Bike)

How you do it:

  • 20 seconds of all out sprints
  • 60 seconds of rest
  • Repeat 5 times.
