PNF Atlas Stone Workout

Atlas Stones a great way to switch up your workout and have a little fun. If you don’t have Atlas Stones at your gym you can use medicine balls or sandbags.

Here is one of our favorite workouts, this can also be done as a finisher at the end of the workout.

How to do it:

  • Start with 10 Push Ups.
  • Carry 2 kettlebells for 20 yards.
  • Lift three stones (med balls or sandbags) on to a chest high box. – we recommend 30, 50, 70, or 100 pounds balls, stones, or sandbags, but any size will work depending on strength and fitness level.
  • Carry the kettlebells back 20 yards
  • Rest for 1-2 minutes and repeat 5 times. (For a finisher go for 2-3 rounds without rest)
