Semi-Private Training
Semi-Private Personal Training gives you the results of 1-on-1 coaching at a fraction of the cost. With just four clients per coach, you’ll get personalized workouts, expert guidance, and the accountability you need—all in a small, supportive setting. It’s the perfect blend of customization, community, and cost-effective training—designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and stay consistent.

1-On-1 Private Training
Sometimes fitness is all about you. Our 1-on-1 Private Training gives you a full hour focused entirely on your goals, your body, and your needs. Whether you’re just starting out, coming back from an injury, or want to take your results to the next level, this is your time. You’ll get expert coaching, personalized workouts, and the guidance and support to help you feel stronger, move better, and stay consistent.
