Over the years we have found that many of our clients travel for work and vacation, but want to keep up with their workouts while away.
That’s why we created the following three workouts. They require no equipment, only bodyweight, and do not require a large time commitment.
#1. Core Complex
Mountain Climber 10 each
Tall Plank 30s
Side Plank 30s each
Front Plank 30s
Push up 10
Rest 60s, repeat 3x
#2. Bodyweight Strength
Push Up 10-15
Lateral Lunge 10 each
Rest 30s, repeat 3x
Burpee 10
BW Squat 10
Rest 30s, repeat 3x
Reverse Lunge 10 each
SL RDL 10 each
Rest 30s, repeat 3x
#3. Stairwell Workout
Pick a number of flights of stairs. Do 10 squats at the bottom, run up, do 10 push ups, run down, do 9 squats, run up do 9 push-ups, and so on until you get to 0.
