Inevitably there will be days when you plan on getting in a workout, but something happens that you can’t. Maybe you’re traveling for work and the hotel gym only consists of a treadmill, or you wake up to a sick kid who you need to take care of instead of working out, or like we all do from time to time you sleep in.

So, when those things happen, and they will happen, here is quick and simple workout that you can do anywhere and it will only take about five minutes.

Here is how you do it:

  • 10 Squats, 10 Push-Ups, 30s Tall Plank
  • 8 Squats, 8 Push-Ups, 30s Tall Plank
  • 6 Squats, 6 Push-Ups, 30s Tall Plank
  • 4 Squats, 4 Push-Ups, 30s Tall Plank
  • 2 Squats, 2 Push-Ups, 30s Tall Plank

That’s it!

(This is also great little workout to do every morning when you get up to help get in some extra movement.)
