Gingerbread Cashew Butter
A delicious gingerbread cashew butter that is a great source of healthy fats!
What You Need:
- 2 cups NOW Foods Raw Cashews
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 3 tablespoons NOW Foods Coconut Oil (plus 1 tablespoon off to the side)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Toss cashews with 1 tablespoon of oil and roast for approximately 10 minutes, stirring every 3-4 minutes

Allow cashews to cool completely

Add roasted cashews, spices, molasses + remaining 3 tablespoons of coconut oil to a food processor + blend until smooth

Store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks
