Chocolate Peanut Butter Hummus

Try this delicious hummus with fruit for a healthy snack!

What You Need:

  • (15-oz.) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/3 c. honey
  • 1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 c. unsweetened dutch process or dark chocolate cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Mini chocolate chips, for topping
  • Flaky sea salt, for topping

Instructions

  1. Place the chickpeas, honey, ¼ cup peanut butter, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt in the bowl of a food processor. Blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a serving bowl. Melt remaining 2 tablespoons peanut butter in the microwave and drizzle over dip. Top with mini chips and flaky sea salt.
