Healthy Coffee Lattes
Skip those unhealthy store bought lattes and enjoy these instead! There’s no artificial sugar or artificial syrup and it’s way less calories!
Turmeric Latte:

Place all of the ingredients into a small saucepan. Heat on a medium-high heat whilst whisking with a balloon whisk. This will ensure you get a nice thick froth.

Heat until the drink is very hot, but not boiling (don’t let it boil).

Pour into two cups and serve. Sprinkle with an extra pinch of turmeric if you like.
Cinnamon Coconut Latte:
Ingredients
- 12 ounces strongly brewed coffee
- 2 tsp. coconut oil
- ½-1 tsp. unsalted grass-fed butter (for dairy-free option or if you’re allergic to dairy- add additional coconut oil)
- ¼–½ tsp. ground cinnamon
- ¼ cup unsweetened coconut milk or almond milk (optional-adds more creaminess)
- ⅛ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Brew coffee in a coffee maker or French press.
- Add all ingredients to the blender and blend on high for 15-30 seconds until creamy and frothy.
- Pour into a coffee mug, dust with additional cinnamon, if desired.
