Grilled Guacamole With Roasted Corn
This guacamole recipe will be great to bring to a 4th of July picnic! Grilling the avocados adds a smoky flavor to the guacamole that is simply delicious!
Ingredients
For the Cinnamon Chipotle Rub:
- Olive oil
- 2 ears corn
- 3 small or 2 large Hass avocadoes, halved and pitted
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Juice of 2 lemons
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
- 2 teaspoons salt
- Pepper
- 1 bunch basil, chopped
