When you hear the word “gut” many people think of that unwanted role of pudge that hangs over their belts, but that is not what we are talking about here. Instead, we are talking about all the bacteria the live inside your intestine, aka gut, that help you your body healthy and running optimally.

So while gut health plays an important role in many aspects of our health and fitness, it also plays a role in how well you sleep. For many people their gut health is not optimal, even in some so called “healthy” people, and many people have trouble sleeping. Maybe it’s all just a matter of fixing their gut health.
