Cranberry Turkey Sliders
These tasty little sliders are great anytime of the year, not just around Thanksgiving.
What You Need:
- 12 slider rolls (or similar small rolls)
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
- Cracked black pepper
- 2 cups sliced turkey breast (about 8 ounces)
- 5 slices extra-sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 apple, thinly sliced
- 8 Brussels sprouts, shredded
How To Make It:
- Heat your oven to 350ºF.
- Slice the slider rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a small baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix together the cranberry sauce and mustard until smooth. Season with cracked black pepper. Slather the cranberry mustard over the rolls. Layer on the turkey, cheese, apple, and Brussels sprouts, then cover with the top halves of the rolls.
- Bake 15-20 minutes, or until warm and slightly toasty.
