Super Simple Vacation Workout
Stay fit on vacation with this simple workout.
As we move into summer we’ve found that many members want to keep up with their workouts while away, but they don’t usually have access to a lot of equipment, if any, and they don’t want to spend their entire vacation working out.
To help you out we’ve put together this simple workout that only requires a Superband and about 20 minutes.
Here is how to do it:
- Warm-up for about 5 minutes
- Round #1
- Superand Band Deadlift 3 x 12
- Superband Overhead Press 3 x 12
- Superband Bicep Curl 3 x 12
- Rest 60-90 seconds
- Round #2
- Superband Row 3 x 12
- Squat Hold 3 x 30 seconds
- Superband Tricep Extension 3 x 12
- Finisher
- Front Plank 1 x 60-120 seconds
