Complexes are a great way to build strength, endurance and fit in a quick workout. This is one of our favorite Barbell Complexes at PNF.
Here is what you need:
- A Barbell loaded with the weight for your weakest lift, usually the Overhead Press.
How to do it:
- Perform five reps of each exercise before moving on to the next exercise, do not put the barbell down until all reps of each exercise have been completed, that it one set.
- Rest 1-2 minutes after set. Perform 5 sets total.
- Here are the exercises:
- Barbell Deadlift
- Barbell Clean
- Barbell Front Squat
- Barbell OH Press
