At PNF we love complexes because they allow us to perform a lot of work in a short amount time and with the right combination of movements we can get in a total-body workout.

By stringing exercises together and not putting the weight down until all movements are finished we develop work capacity, aka endurance, and total-body strength.

Kettlebell Complexes work even better because all that is required is one kettlebell and we can create a nice flow from movement to movement. With the kettlebell we are also able to target one side of the body at a time, which creates an unbalanced load on the body forcing our core to stabilize.
