One Kettlebell + Two Exercises = An Awesome Workout
While there is no perfect workout, this weeks “Presses & Swings” Complex comes pretty close.
These two movements will workout your entire body and torch calories in a short period of time.
What You Need:
- A Kettlebell
How To Do It:
- Perform 5 Overheard Presses on the right
- Perform 15 Swings
- Perform 5 Overhead Press on the left
- Rest for 60s and repeat 5x
