One Kettlebell + Two Exercises = An Awesome Workout

While there is no perfect workout, this weeks “Presses & Swings” Complex comes pretty close.

These two movements will workout your entire body and torch calories in a short period of time.

What You Need:

  • A Kettlebell

How To Do It:

  • Perform 5 Overheard Presses on the right
  • Perform 15 Swings
  • Perform 5 Overhead Press on the left
  • Rest for 60s and repeat 5x
