What You Need:

  • 1 Kettlebell

How To Do It:

  • 30 KB Swings
  • 5 Push Ups
  • 20 KB Swings
  • 5 Push Ups
  • 10 KB Swings
  • 5 Push Ups
  • Repeat 5x
